When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you choose to provide — typically your name, email address, phone number, and the details of your message. We use this information only to respond to your inquiry and to communicate with you about our services.
We also automatically collect limited technical information that your browser sends when you visit any website, such as your IP address, device and browser type, referring pages, and the dates and times of your visits. Our hosting provider records this automatically to operate and secure the Site. We do not use analytics or advertising tools.

We use the information we collect to respond to inquiries and provide the services you request; to operate, maintain, and improve the Site; to communicate with current and prospective owners, investors, and residents; and to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations.
How We Share Information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us operate the Site and our business — namely Netlify, which hosts the Site and processes our contact form (including automated spam filtering of submissions), and, where applicable, AppFolio, our property-management software provider. These providers may process your information only on our behalf and are expected to safeguard it. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights, property, or safety.
Cookies, Analytics & Fonts
The Site does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising pixels, or other tracking tools. Our fonts are delivered by Google Fonts, so when a page loads, Google receives your IP address and browser information as part of delivering the font files.
Do Not Track
Because the Site does not track visitors over time or across third-party sites, it works the same way whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal.
Third-Party Links & Portals
The Site links to third-party services, including our online listings and resident/owner portals provided by AppFolio. When you follow those links, you leave our Site, and the privacy practices of those third parties — not this policy — govern the information you provide to them. We encourage you to review their privacy policies.
Data Security & Retention
We take reasonable measures to protect the information you share with us. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We retain personal information only as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this policy or as required by law.
Your Choices
You may request that we update or delete the personal information you have provided, or ask that we stop contacting you, by emailing info@pointmgt.com. We will respond to reasonable requests consistent with applicable law.
