The people behind Point.
Roanoke native Bobby brings over two decades of firsthand finance, construction, and development experience to the Roanoke Valley real estate market. He is responsible for the long-term growth and vision of Point Management, as well as acquisition decisions for Point's sister companies. Before forming Point Management, Bobby worked for HomeTown Bank and a large out-of-market multifamily developer while also acquiring residential units throughout Roanoke. He has acquired over 1,000 residential units, for resale and holding, and overhauled long-vacant commercial and residential spaces to provide high-quality local housing and business hubs. With deep roots in the community, Bobby uses his broad expertise to provide practical solutions and help local properties, projects, and partners reach their full potential. When away from the office, he enjoys exploring the outdoors with his wife and three sons.
Mike Corswandt is a Roanoke native and founding partner of Point Management. He and partner Bobby Mountcastle have built a large, high-performing portfolio of investment properties across the Roanoke Valley. Beyond his own holdings, he is instrumental in managing portfolios for other like-minded investors and drives Point Management's financial and real estate operations as the Principal Broker. After graduating from Hampden-Sydney College and launching a successful career in Richmond, his deep-rooted passion for real estate and entrepreneurship drew him back to his hometown. Now settled in Roanoke with his wife and two children, Mike is deeply invested in driving the city's upward trajectory and serving the community that shaped him.
Mack has called Roanoke home for the last 20 years. He manages our maintenance and turn team. He also manages our property flips. Point residents frequently find him around town making sure the company's projects are completed to our standards. Mack frequently jumps in to lead the charge in difficult situations ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standard. He keeps office hours and is happy to consult with any resident, owner, or vendor if scheduled ahead of time.
Originally from Baltimore, Maryland, I bring over 15 years of property management experience throughout the DMV region, leading teams and creating value for property owners and residents. I believe the strongest communities are built through collaboration, where owners, residents, and property management work together to find solutions and achieve shared success. “Everyone deserves a management company they can trust.”
Clay, a Richmond native who proudly calls Roanoke home, has spent the last five years growing with Point Management. Having launched his career in the leasing office, he now specializes in owner relations and accounts receivable alongside representing the company as a licensed Realtor. He lives for the outdoors. If there's a trail to hike, a path to bike, or a river to fish, he's there—no matter the season. On any given day, he's happily split between nurturing his green thumb, playing with his dogs Lucy and Sassy, and cooking up a storm. For Clay, nothing beats a perfect day in the valley, especially when it ends with good food shared among his favorite people.

Originally from the Philippines, Patrick joined Point Management in 2024 as our Maintenance Coordinator. He works closely with residents, vendors, and team members to ensure maintenance requests and projects are completed efficiently and to Point's standards. Known for his responsiveness and attention to detail, he is committed to providing excellent service and helping keep our properties running smoothly.
